CUMBERWELL GOLF COURSE

Less than a mile away is an Adrian Stiff designed 27 hole course, Cumberwell Park, broken down to 3 very different 9’s set amongst a perfect mixture of rolling countryside, tranquil woodland and challenging water features. The first 9, the red loop is the parkland course. Undulating parkland with streams and rolling fairways. The yellow loop, the woodland course, a mature wooded area with established trees and streams. The blue loop, the Lakeland course, is punctuated with challenging lakes and water holes.

All greens have been built to USGA specification; the tees are built with sand based root zone mix, ensuring that temporary tees and greens are not required during Winter months.

Course Director Marc Haring and his team of dedicated Green staff take tremendous pride in their work and this is reflected in the courses presentation.

The clubs facilities continue to develop and in addition to the course, a ten-acre practice ground, target greens, bunkers, putting greens and state of the art teaching facilities are all available for visitors to use.
