Helen’s breakfasts were excellent! Locally sourced sausages, bacon, eggs and all the other foods were fresh and tasty! This property is off the main road, thus very peaceful and relaxing. A great pub is only minutes away! Our room was exceptionally clean and cozy. This is an active farm, and we loved the sheep and animals nearby, with the big event being witness to a new-born lamb! If you enjoy hiking, stay here as there are so many trails to explore. Bath, Bradford, and many other sites are very close-by as well. Highly recommended!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here and Helen was such a lovely host. The rooms are super comfortable with crisp clean bed linen and we had everything needed in our room. The cooked breakfast was divine and we cannot wait to come back and stay again.

Staying in a shepherds hut breakfast came in a basket to ear at your leisure. It was divine, we ate croissants with jam and butter and scrambled egg on toast. yoghurt with granola was divine too. Best of all is we had supper and breakfast out of it!

We loved every minute of our stay with Helen and Alex. Lovely hosts and a beautiful clean suite with everything you could want. Very comfortable. You will need a map for the bed it’s huge!!!

We spend a wonderful couple of day’s at the Great Ashley Farm. Great location to explore. Room was very clean and well furnished, great breakfast. Helen is a perfect host, very helpful with recommendations of things to to. Very happy to recommend!

Helen was the perfect host providing lots of local information and an excellent breakfast each day. The room was lovely and spacious. The dogs Cabbage and Olive were also wonderful characters. Will quite happily book again if in the area.

Comfortable stay in a very quiet location…1 month ago

We stayed in Suite 2 (downstairs) for 7 nights. We were warmly welcomed by Helen, our host, with our room being very comfortable and the provided breakfast very tasty. Helen was very generous with ideas as to what to do during the day and where to eat in the evening. The farm is located about 1.5 miles off the main road into Bradford-on-Avon, down a single track road. A fantastic location for exploring Bath and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend staying here.

‘Fantastic ‘ We have just returned from a few days break which have been great. Our accommodation was superb and so relaxing. Helen was so welcoming, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was first class. Great Ashley Farm is a little gem which we would certainly recommend.

Our fabulous local wildlife enthusiasts have created a beautiful video featuring birdsong, rabbits, a magpie gathering materials for his nest, a strutting pheasant, a squirrel, and some amazing scenes of the deer chilling out. Thanks a million Simon and Dan
